Subtitles are not there!

    This french film has english subtitles but when I rip it with Mactheripper - no subtitles. Help.

    Rip the whole DVD and you will keep the subtitles.

    I ripped the whole disk and shrunk it with dvd2onex.
    I got the subtitles but the picture got stretched vertically.
    Lookin' ppretty ugly. Oval circles, rectangular squares....
