Don't know if i am posting this in the correct place, forgive me if i am not - need some help with duplicating a CITB skills dvd - Health,Safety and Environment test DVD.

I have the original DVD, bought etc, i am trying to make a back up copy and so far have created a number of "coasters" - all claim to have completed successfully but fail an authentication test before installation starts. I tried burning it with Nero whilst Any DVD was running in the background.
All seemed to be working fine (needed to use DL disc)
I tried running the newly burnt disc and thought it was working when a message popped up stating that it had been detected as a pirate copy.
I've never seen this before.
I've had it where you can't burn it in the first place but not burn it and then get this...

How do I resolve this issue? The movie was ripped in DVD5 format, so it should be able to burn onto a regular DVD, but it is not working. The DVD9 exists as files on my computer, put there by DVD Decrypter.

I was wondering if I could/should pull out one or two of those big >1G .vob files and burn them as separate movies. Perhaps that would work better?

More recently I tried another disc which is clean, free of scratches and plays back fine and got the same error, although DVD Decrypter just hung for 5 minutes before crashing out.

The first season went fine, no problems at all. The second season I had issues with discs 2 and 3 stopping in the middle due to a read error. The third season did exactly the same thing on disc 4.

After that, the rest of the entire box set ripped completely without any issues and no errors.

I thought there might be an issue with my DVD drive but I only had...
