I have a hardware that can play DTS. It can also play dts as a digital file; wma. Here's where it sounds ridiculous:
If I rip a dvda to wma will the 5.1 channel stay and play over a dts hardware device?
I don't know if the codec will keep it.
I am going to do a listening test of the dvda/wma >dts, but want to know for sure.

If I burn a bunch of 24/96 flac files to a DVD-A disc using DVD-Audio solo and then burn the same files to a DVD using Lplex, will there be any difference in audio quality between the two if played on the same DVD-A compatible player?

I've read that multi channel MP3 exists but I've never seen it. First, does it really exist?

I've demuxed the SACD to get a DTS audio file and I've tried many audio and video converters in an attempt to get multi channel MP3 files but all I can get is 2 channel MP3s.

Is there any way to do this?

But starless and bible black will not rip anything other than the main tracks , i can not

If i didnt care about quality , i can just use VLC and record and save individual tracks

I had burned an Audio CD (cd-r) using FLAC source files. Since that time, I lost the original FLAC files.

My question is: If I rip the Audio CD originally made from FLAC files back to FLAC again, do I lose any quality?
