I have obtained a copy of 1 Click DVD Pro. Many of my collegues use this programme, and say it works fine, but when I load it I get the message "access violation at address 0059c7fc in the module '1clickcopypro.exe'.Read of address 73FC56C3". I have removed various programs in case of conflict, but to no avail. The programme will not recognise my DVD drives, and when I ask it to refresh the scan for the drives, it just hangs. I use the same operating system and software as many of these people. Any suggestions ??
