Do a search on Nvidia's site for geforce_overclock.zip or geforce_overclock.reg.

does video card have a fan on it, if not get 1 as when you overclock it is going to get hotter & you need it to be cool or will fry it. change settings in small incremments to see if stable or not

see if can put a slot fan beside the video card to assist in cooling the card down & make certain no dust on the card or heatsink fan

have a fan or 2 if case is setup that way to pull air in so that the back case fan & psu fan blows it out of the case. have a slot fan by the video card to help keep it cool
