    Hello,
I am new to this forum. :). But anyway I am having problems with burning movies so they can be played on big tvs. I download my movies off thepiratebay and it's usually an .avi file. I then watch it on my computer and it seems perfect. Great quality and sound. I then use Toast Titanium and burn them to a disc. I put the disc in my xbox on my tv that has 1920x1080 resolution and the movie is all pixely and i dont even want to watch it. Please tell me what I can do to fix this so i can make the movie picture size bigger to 1920x1080.

A downloaded avi file is not of the best quality, so to improve resolution, a backup of a dvd (one you own) is the best way to go. Or even a backup of a BD disc.

I agree. If you want high quality, you need to start with high quality.
