    Hi all...

I have been trying to convert some avi files that were downloaded from the internet and when I burn them to DVD, it seems if there is a flaw in the avi, the DVD audio will go out of sync. If I play the avi as it is, after the "flaw" the audio is fine, it's only when it is burned to DVD that the problem occurs. I am using Nero to burn the DVD. Is there some setting that I should be concerned about or is there another burning program that works better for this situation.

    Thanks...

    Hi.

See this thread and see if that helps.

I find Nero to be problematic with keeping audio and video in sync. I can use Nero and get out of sync and turn around and use other programs and not have any problem at all. You might try ConvertXtoDVD. It seems to work fairly well. The trial version will watermark its output but otherwise is fully functional.
