What would I need to purchase to copy encrypted dvd's on my Mac OS X? I believe, at least a couple of yrs., ago it was legal to copy one backup disk if I purchased the original. I've seen the Roxio software but it doesn't handle most dvd's because they are encrypted. I used to have a pc and I downloaded DVD Fab Platinum. It did it all. But I haven't seen anything like that for Macs.
you need to learn how to rip manually from encrypted stream to cracked with key.. google and ye shall find .. but it's going to take quite a lot of effort...... probably easier to download what you want
