Dear Sir, I have the dvd rom mention above. The problem is it does't detect any cds when the computer is on. But when I put it before starting the computer, it reads them. When I eject the cd to put another one, it does't work. Though I re-installed windows xp, it does the same problem. Please help me to sort out the problem.
