thanks to everyone here for all the help.


unfortunately i have a ch*rus signal and the firmware update doesnt include ch*rus "yet". codes went again today and most recent codes available are for the 10th April 2008 (well on BigMAQ anyway)

so does anyone have a link to the most recent codes?

Hi everyone,
Been reading every page for last few days & got my Eurovox Max 08 working perfectly with the new firmware thanks for the help whoever you are. Just a quick question, I have done about 3 of them for relatives without a hitch but my friend called this evening with hers & when I flash it & load the channel dump onto it & connect to TV it updates alright but when I hit Favourites nothing comes up. Yet if I go into Add Favourites all the channels are there with their favourites allocated & I can select any channel to watch. Anyone else come across this? Or could this box be a cloned one?

Its not a cloned box or it would be dead after the update, very strange though just set up the box from scratch or do a factory reset and it should be fine.

it's a eurovox that I have, and I have tried my friends remote, he can get into his and has updated the codes, the menu button works but the yellow buttom does nothing on my box ? is there another way to get into the cide sceen, do you think my eurovox is finished

I reset to factory settings & just did a power scan. Everything is ok except the channels are all set up in a very weird way in the favourites but I can sort them out... again

After flashing my Black Eurovox Max V 2008 to the latest frmware Keuro3_10_04_08

I plugged the Eurovox in and it is still saying Please wait code being updated ?
after about 5mins.

I went into Menu and pressed yellow button and the provider and Key 00 and Key 01
are all blank.

In the Channel Manager i still seem to have the same channels in the same order as
i saved these and reloaded them
during flashing.

Its strange i pressed ok and the channel list appeared and i seem to have 1 channel
and thats SETANTA IRELAND, every other channell says Please Wait
updating.

Can anyone please help me.

Have you ever been able access the nagrovision screen by pressing the yellow button, if not then you may have a corrupted box, suggest udating the software as your box is not working anyway , what have you got to loose??

 

Note when you load the new software you need to do a factory reset after flashing, otherwise your box will crash ,then a power scan then input the latest codes and after that the codes will update themselves in futher

you may have to do a factory reset and do a powerscan, also some of the frequencies may need to be inputted manually, i can post the list of freq if you need them but do the factory reset and do a powerscan first.

 

Hi Robocabi flashed my to the latest frmware, for the Eurovox Max V 2008

its still saying Please wait updating code

i have 1 channel, for some strange reason and that is Setanta Ireland

If i go to Menu and Press Yellow my Provider and KEY 00 and KEY 01 are not blank.

after you flash a box do you have to do a full scan again ?

if so how do i do this ?

when you flash to the latest kuro does it tell u in the system info screen ? as i think its still the same, although i did do it

as the front of the eurovox was saying dnld short for download i assum when i was ran the exe and started it which took about 2mins

I dont know how to do a factory default or a scan?
where do i enter the freq also ?

im new to this updating frmware, and managed to get it done, but once someone tells me how to enter the freq and also do a factory default, i will know in future and wont have to ask thanks a lot guys

 

press menu config clear data factory reset then whatever symbol rate your on
