    how long is it out,are using 394.000 because my setanta is working but celtic is not

    im having a problem with setting up the eurovox max v on n/l mmds
    plus im also having a problem with another one that just shut down for no reason after working for only 20mins now if i plug it in it only flickers and off again i reflashed it and still the same maybe i need to send it back to supplier. but anyway if ya can help me on either of these problems i would be very greatful also does this work on ch***s as well and if so what way would i go about it.

    The one with the problem I would send back. The N** MMDS and Ch**** boxes require frequencies to be input manually. Post back and give me the locations you are using them in and I will tell you the exact frequencies and how to input them for both providers.

    hello there i hope you can help me i am on ntl and i have notice the channel jetx is gone it says searching for signal it is the only one my son loves freg is 394.000

    Could be just an N** fault as they are messing about at the moment. Try deleting it and then do an autoscan on 394.000 it should bring it back at the end of your list. If it doesnt do a scan at 394.500, if it finds it at this frequency, you then need to edit your transponder list accordingly.

    Hi, can anyone help, I have a 2006 eurovox max, that I have had for a year, its never been flashed, I have all the channels OK, but in the mornings between 7am - 10am the screen intermittently goes blank (sometimes blue, green or purple) it lasts for about 15 seconds then the channels come back on again, but sometimes it freezes and I have to switch it off at the wall. Is this just Virgin zapping the boxes / cables or is there anything I can do about it.

    Hi all does anyone know if the PPV channel will be available when there is an actual PPV event on, at the moment there is a film on thats reprated the whole time...

    Yes whenever there are any PPV events i.e. boxing, wrestling etc. they are shown on this channel.

    Woken this morning to find a constant "Please wait, code been updated" - for 'bout an hour now. some channels starting to come back now but still almost half gone??

    Any ideas?

    Done a Power Scan from 290 - 400 on 6.887 to get tp's again btw too

    You're best off not going near it ,it will come back on eventually,it often happens so dont worry..

    Your powerscan should go to 402 if you are on N** Ireland and yes as Nedser said it will come back. Turn it off and on and put it on Sly sports.

    Came back from work and all is fine, if you do a scan from 290 - 400 it will pick up the 403 tp anyway.

    I just wanted to know why for the first time it took at least 2 hours to fix the issue? Is it a software issue with the 2008?

    Hi mancred its nothing to do with the box or software its actually the cabls provider messing about, it often happened to me but all you can do is persevere!!!
