Eurovox Max problem

guys not sure if i should be asking this but does anyone have the new gb codes for nthell for eurovox max,cheers

 

Can't give codes anymore.Read back thru thread on how to upgrade the firmware on your box.Everything you need is in Eamo's library at the bottom of my post.

 

chopper79 You can get the codes from *removed*
Just download tht bar and read along the top menu line etc. All codes for all version get posted here etc.

could you please expalin how you fix the problem with Eurovox max box?
I have this box and used to change codes manually, but now i can see so many e-mail about firmware and etc... i'm simply confused. could you explain how you can update the codes?
Our box is Eurovox Max (Black box with silver buttons). Hope you could help me.

Any suggestions... I sent back a Euromax V 2008 to a supplier as it had a problem with the display, he sent back a new box without question. I then flashed it with the newer software 18-4-08 and it worked fine for a few hours, so i then flashedit with the one dated 10-4-08 which is what i used on some other boxes which are fine, again it only lasted a few hours, it's showing 'service unknown' and sometimes 'no signal'...

 

have you tried powerscan or re installnig the software from the box.
perosnally i would say the oen dated 18th as its new is probably better. i have either 10th or 18th on my box and have no problems - amybe its your area or that you jsut need to do antoher update channels or powerscan hav you checked you symbol rate etc

 

its more than likely to do with your pipe and scart connections rather than the box ... the firmware 18/04/08 is working perfect and is better than the 10/04/08 ... i would check how strong your signal is and also check the scart is ok .. also turn the signal booster on in tv settings just to help .. i dont think there is anything wrong with your box have you got anywhere else in the house with a pipe connection or try it in a friends house

 

@ nedser ... it could be the 8 percent signal problem that some boxes have did you try the final kuro firmware 21/04/08 to see if thats any help you can get it here http://www.freewebs.com/cableassist/eurovoxproducts.htm

could someone please clarify exactly what the 8% signal problem is, ive heard about it a few times now but still unsure what effects it has and how you know if you have the problem. thanks

 

low or no signal input.
usually your scanning the wrong provider or wrong step rate.

that is to say make sure your symbol rate is right for your provider and your step rate is 8 when you do a power scan i think if anyone can clarify.....

 

there was a problem last year with the 8%(a problem with the power board) and anyone that had this problem needed to return their box to their sellers but i think this has now been sorted with the new firmware.

 

jus from my experience i get 8% if scanning wrong provider

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a difference with the NThell and chor firmwere as I flashed 2 on Nt and they worked fine but the one on chor does not work any help would be great.eurovox blue

 

Can anyone help... I have done a powerscan on my Eurovox 2008 and now I cannot get any channels. No transponders.... Can anyone tell me how to get these back. Thank you.
