axxxo South Dublin for some reason in certain parts didnt update as fast as other areas this evening i had calls waiting 4 hours others 5 mins scouser would put it down to bad software of conflict but it does update it was apain to wait i had it all tonight but lets wait till the next update to see what happens put it on SS! to update he finds the codes through te feg alot faster

either that or people flicking through the channels every 5 seconds hee hee

 

LOL no problem , the old thread got too big and was causing traffic problems to the site and couldnt access it to update when codes changed , so a new thread had to be made , Im off to bed for some beauty sleep , Goodnight all

 

Night Cetic and yea axxxo when u have pm galours and tread msg you tend to lose track been suck a pain in the hoop the last 2 weeks now and the more painful thing is u answer a question and someone puts a post in that u just answered 5 min earlyier so to let all know i wont answer them because of the sender been to lazy to read back because they think there the only one with the issue

Hi Guys,

Flashed my box in Dub24 yesterday, it autorolled fine last night (took about a half hour but it did it by itself!)

Two little queries though:

My sis still has to be update hers, is there any secret menu i can access that will actually display the codes to me that my box is using?

Also, The auto arrange favourites is causing me some grief. I disabled the feature and ran a power scan, and then downloaded a saved channel dump and this was fine, however when i updated channels via User installation menu and red button, it auto sorted again and all channels, favourites and otherwise are all over the place.

Any help on both issues and id really appreciate it!!!

Hi ryanlad, not too far away from you. To access the codes your box is currently using, just press MENU button then Press YELLOW button on REMOTE CONTROL and your current codes are diplayed in two lines of eight with your service provider i.e. N*L etc. the four digits above them.

Silverston, wot did yu do? My channels (Eurovox 2008) are off now 4 abt 2 wks, tried all the c**** here still no luck...pl's help

 

The updated box will just show all Zeros in the codes section.

If you have all your channels sorted the way you want them you can use the Flashing program for copying them from your box and saving them on your PC, so that you can upload them again whenever you need to.

 

hi can any1 help me i need to enter the codes on eurovox boxes manually but i dnt knw hw 2get to that part of the menu. I knw on starview boxes its 1570 can ne1 help?

 

go to main menu press yellow button code menu pops up with instructions on what buttons to press for each letter enter codes and press ok to save

no prob if your ch*r*s you will have to do this every day as new firmware doesn't seem to work

 

Is it necessary to clear data/factory reset before loading new SW?
Can i just hook up to PC and load without doing above. Thanks in advance.
