Actually was just messing around and put in freq 418

bbc news24 ok
vhi ok
cbbc ok
cbeebies ok
the music factory ok
nasn ok

Whadda u think of that? never had those before. i just want ppv?

 

BBC 3 & 4 start broadcast after 7 Pm so will start working then. Strange indeed but good work either way My advise is to keep messing around as your frequencies seem different to the Dublin, Cork and Galway ones. Can you do me a favour if you do find it either post your frequencies or a channel dump as it will help others from your area.

Thinking of buying the JTAG from tailor made circuits.How do I know which chipset box I have as I have a few "dead" boxes.

 

I rang supplier and he told me mine was ST, but he did say you have to open it up and look for a small black piece on the board which will say either ST or INTEL. Hope this helps.

 

As said open up the box and beside the larger main processor chip you will see a smaller 48 pin Tsop it will have either ST ot Intel printed on it.

Early days yet - but appear to be getting less freezing/blocking since I loaded the beta 24 hours ago

 

Morning all, did anyones box update the time last night? Mine didnt and if I change it manually, it just changes back!!!!

Any1 have any ideas?

 

Yea! mine didn't change the time either, went into Config - Time settings, turned GMT OFF and manually entered time, now correct!!!! - but I am still using the Sept. update, don't know if this has anything to do with it.

 

Do you still have epg data after doing that though?

OK problem, all the programs are an hour behind now!!! eg, friends is on on channel 4 now, and it syas its not on until 14.20!!!
