Getting Data off of DVD-R

I have a couple of DVD-R's that I cannot get information off of. Is there any program for Mac (I'm running 10.4.11) that could salvage these? or any where I can send them off to.

it can recover data off any media!

I think i might be able to find a friend who has one... but mostly everyone i know has macs now! Thanks for your input!

 

Or you can run it under the windows environment on the mac. I forget what it's called.
