when i put the code in nothing happened,all the number in on the screen just stayed there

If it does, reset the security code to default 12345 with the original phone.[/bold] Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option,then enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.

"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.[bold]STOP[/bold] tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!


Put in a non O2 SIM and enter the code.

So I can follow the second step, or also have to try:

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p) \
Press * 4 times fast for (w) IMPORTANT
Press * 2 times fast for (+) /
and the rest of the code---

What code did you enter?

 

No actually I entered a compeltly wrong code, until I got the idea that this code is probably a restriction of the prepaid phone, to protect the fix the phone to the operator. So I need also a real code. My question only was about the manner to enter the code. You mentioned to different types. 1. Without sim 2. With sim card. If I get this text field to enter the restriction code, with the sim, so I will enter the code by using the second manner. But I still need the code.

if I turn on my phone without sim I get the info "Insert SIM card"

Afterwords I got the message:

I I would enter the code with a wrong sim, Ishould enter also #pw+ ... #. Or only the number?

Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
came to us.

Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
equipment to unlock it.
