Hey, could anyone help me with this problem. I jus bought a new xbox and I don't have any modchip or dashboard in it. Could I connect it to my pc to install a dashboard to it or is there another way of installing a dashboard without a modchip???
Well....... You could soft mod your xbox. I aint got a clue on how to do it but, as I use an Xecuter 3 mod chip
I don't wanna mod my xbox with a modchip, at least not yet cuz I'm waiting 4 my paycheck, but I have Evox boot CD, and some dashboard downloaded as an Iso format. Is there a way of burning it with a dvd so that it could be play in a non-modded Xbox and what program an options do you use to burned the Iso. I'm currently using nero burning rom v5.57. No luck. Also using Compusa DVD+R 4x Recordable. NEED HELP
i think u'd be looking at soft modding, all it is is applying a new dash board to your xbox without vioding your warranty yadda yadda. and you can play backups and the like with it http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/218506 this is a good toutorial to help you. fyi-action replay is just a device which lets you hook up your controller to pc to transfer software to a memory card for later transfer to xbox HDD
