What programs do I need to convert a DVD to MP4? Is there one program that does it all? From the way I understand it, I have to rip the DVD then compress then convert.
Yeah that's what you need to do. But next time just google. Took me 2 minutes honestly. I found ones that are great ut you have to pay for them but here's an open source software. as u have already said, u need a DVD Ripper at first, than u can convert yr DVD to other formats, i would like to suggest u that at first u use this kind of DVD Ripper, edited by ddpit can convert yr dvd directly to mp4, and u can also use it to other formats, hopefully it helps~!
