just a few things: one is to change your Nero version to 6.6.0.18 Before udating to 6.6.0.18 I would save the serial #, uninstall Nero, then use the cleaning tools : http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html then do a registry clean up(free registry cleaner, CClean: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1) and defrag...... then reboot! install package one: http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/?539 then install package two: http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Patch_for_NVE3.html reboot and you're good to go! you have firmware 1.0b...... update to the newer firmware of 1.0c found here: LINK what movie are you doing? If it's one of the newer Sony DVDs then the encryption has bogus video title sets and it's raising havoc with programs that are not up-to-date. make sure you have newer versions of AnyDVD, DVDFab Decrypter or other rippers.... try using RipIt4Me... works like a charm.... download the programs and follow the guide: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/422740
