Irish Boxes Gone Down 181208 Fix Is Here

Lads ive searched all the threads and cant find anything that works.I have the same problem as the others(0% downloaded) and i have trouble shooted absolutey everything.
I just need to know what is the latest firmware and software for a original starview cloned in Eamons Library.I am a bit of a sap coz i aint sure which ones to download.
Also ive heard that if i download the wrong ones it will kill the box.
ANy help appreciated?

 

yeh sorry for long reply i had flashed with wrong firmware ad took ages to get old one out ,,,i have flashed with correct one and after nearly dying of heart failure i have back up and running ,,,tho have to say this current one is,nt as affecient as our last one in June ... by the way i found that it worked fine on one starview but i had to switch to Sky 2 for new flash to work on my kids box ,,,,,thnx again everybody Who needs santa WHAT ???

 

ITS A PURE CAS OF TRIAL AND ERROR GUYS TRUST ME ,,,,TRY REBOOTING AFTER FLASH UPDATE ON (((SKY2))) WORKED FOR ME OFF THAT CHANNEL

You will also need the GTRom 4.00 to load to your box, okay.

 

hi, i downloaded the uk fix file for "the box". it has a w.m.player icon is that normal , will it still load????

It is a rar file and needs to be unzipped with Winrar, which is in Eamo's FTA Library, also you will need the GTRom 4.03 Loader.

Hi im one of those box users that has never had to input codes before can you tell me how to do it and also im sure you can tell me how once we download the filmware "fix" then what to do

No, sorry, that was for darst. i don't believe there is a fix out for the tx yet.

Just to confirm to the user that says the update looks like a media player file. Mines looks like a VLC media file but still works.

I have starview 2, updated to 4.55 using the loader it advised me to and it worked! took a few attempts though and when I went to sky2 it looped a few times with data being updated, but came through in the end.

I also have a channel dump that I have used and is working if anyone wants it.

 

hi can someone point me in the right direction in order to updating new software onto my eurovox max red box. is it on 4sharing? and if so which file needs to be downloaded as there are a few different types? do i need to download some other software in order to get the box software working?

Have you unzipped it with Winrar, if so then get the loader and see what comes into the loader, it's a strange one that is.
