Yes I downloaded the kryptview a780 bin file and loader and put it on the box, I didn't have any problems and as I say it scans all the channels and uploades them bu then I can seee any of them because it just says scrambled or no video. I dont have any subscription with them just broadband and telephone. Can anyone help with this problem thanks.

you need to have a min sub with your cable provider aswell as broadband for the box to work and clear channels

Correct me if i'm wrong but I thought other A780 owners on here stated that all you need is a broadband connection because that's where you get your channels from. I have read quite a few threads on here saying that so why would I need to have a min sub.

    Update,

All channels working now. I managed to sort out my home plugs and did a factory default and now they are all working. Thanks again for all those who replied to my questions.

you dont plug the home plug into the 232 on Kryptview there is an ethernet port on te back of the box if you look

Take the black sticker off the back of the box beside the mains wire coming out of the back of the box

I have followed the instructions mentioned in a previous thread but when I click the .bin file and then click 'start' to download it onto the box it says 'download cannot be requested'. How can I get around this?
