im just really sad because everyone in the psp forums hate me....for no reason! I just posted a question and they started a bitchorama and didnt even answer my question...why is everyone so damn mean to me when all i do is try to be nice.

ive been getting this pretty often. Not only because its pointless, but because they love to flame me. Sure i make mistakes, but i always try to be nice and correct it...and they're still bitching over it!
sometimes i question why i even use Afterdawn.

 

@antomic...interesting! I've just read that whole thread and don't have a clue what anyone is talking about LOL! I've read many of your posts before and they always seemed fine to me. Are you sure you're not expecting civil behavior from people incapable of it? Lots of great people at AD; perhaps you're just conversing with the wrong crowd!

 

i know, but thats because i edited them to get ontopic....and thay still BITCH about it! i cant stand it! I just hate them today! their all nice people, though. They just jump on the bottom feeder wagon on flaming. Those were just mild posts. there were much worse.

Another reason for not being sad is that splintercell double agent is coming out soon!!!!! Im a huge Sam Fisher fanboy! I have to go reserve my copy. Anyone played chaos theory? Thats my favorite so far.

I usually lurk around the ps2 forums, so the thing that pisses me off the most is these people crying because they have to BUY something to play burnt games.

My Bitch...Purchased a 512mb stick of DDR 400 RAM 13 months ago...with 12 months warranty...when did it kak itself....after 13 months...on the week end in fact. Have purchased a new one...lifetime warranty.
Why do they make things that they know will fail 1 month out of warranty!!!

It's the American way. Built in obsolescence. The quicker they break or improved, the sooner you spend your bucks. Sony figured this out long ago. The computer people have taken it to a new level.

 

your right. I guess the consol forums really are trash. I just love my softmodded xbox. I think there should be just a halo 2 modding thread instead of xbox software discussion because thats all people want to mod their xbox for: mod it, get a 2month, cheat and get their level up...it gives real modders who do it for artistic purposes a bad name.

Other than out of a hacker's mindset of curiosity, wanting to know how things work, what makes them tick, i see no reason whatsoever for modding a game's levels and content.
It's pointless and annoying, especially when one stumbles *unsuspectingly* into a game with infinite ammo and more such idiocy...

 

Having just arrived back into the country yesterday after a fantastic Tour of China, that I thought may never happen after the complete cluster f@@k that the government here in the UK disorganised on August 10th, it's great to know that nothing at AD has changed.
The idiot children of the Gumbies (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gumbies)are still rife in the console forums causing mahem and baiting members into flame wars. Absurd posts about political issues are shot to pieces before they begin, so inteligent educated debate is impossible (in fact on any post its impossible these days it seems).

One thing I have missed while away are Ireland's pictures and jokes, they are the best thing I have read today , Thank you Ireland!! I'm glad your one part of AD that hasn't changed.

Any way my bitch for today is about my holiday..
Why oh why? would anyone go on tour for 18 days to China and then complain about not liking Chinese food and that the locals don't speak English? All I heard day after day, whilst in the company of the friendliest locals you could hope to meet viewing their beautiful Chinese countryside and cities, in a broad Belfast accent was how bad everything was and how it didn't compare to last years trip to Blackpool!!! Go figure, the lunatics and philostines really are out of the asylum and not all here on After Dawn after all.

Oh well C'est La Vie!! back to reality and work !!
