you load firmware for genuines the same way as clone.2.57 for clones v4 for genuines.the channel thing just do an auto scan.and i don't know what a jag file is.

 

You need to flash the eurovox with the latest firmware. then do an automatic scan. this should bring in all the channels.

 

how do i do this exactly?

 

you need the dnupman.exe loader program the voxer program and the june firmware. connect the eurovox to pc using a null modem cable. run the dnupman,exe and select the firmware file and press download. If this doesn't work you can use the voxer to transfer the firmware.

thanks for that. one last question. I tried to look on drewish web page for the picture of differences between clones and genuine boxes but web page down. can you send me a link to a page with the pictures of genuine versus clone. I know this one has the 2 scarts on the right hand side if you are looking directly at the back but I read that this can sometimes be a first generation sv. Am hoping I can identify without having to open the box up. thanks

I'm working on getting another site going, although at the moment the ISP doesn't have file-sharing
capabilities, but they are working on it. If I can get some time, I'll put up web-pages with documentation
so people can just read the stuff without having to download files.
