Nero Recode and DivX

I have some .avi video downloads that have been encoded as DivX. I'm trying to convert these files in to DVD format. I have some OEM Roxio program... MyDVD9 I think but it would not import these files. I could not import them to Nero Recode... nor WINavi which pointed the way to a download page for a plugin then didn't have it. I tried DVD Santa... ya, it's a real program... and it worked but I find it did a terrible job with 2 of six files corrupted... one with audio only. So I'm back to Nero Recode my first choice anyway. Is there something I'm missing? Should I be able to import these files? Is there a plug-in? Havn't found one on the web. Thanks!!

 

Nero Recode wont do them, try NeroVision...heres a guide by alkohol on NeroVision

If you have PURCHASED Nero, then NeroVision will come bundled with it.
