Im using nero vision v4.7.0.16 and it was working just fine up until yesterday ive been using the same media for the last 100 or so dvds with no problems I have a hp dvd writer 1040d with firmware eh23 and using memorex dvd -r discs here is my error report from nero help would be apreciated thank you in advance.
You are not going to want to hear this, but these are horrible discs...you have been lucky so far if you've had no failed burns. Try Verbatim or Sony (made in Japan) Heres a thread you should read about memorex http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/262544 Burning way too fast, slow burn to 4X. It is only recommended to burn at half rated speed of discs...and that's using top quality discs. I will ask to have your other thread closed
