I want to know if it is possible to set up a password to use a printer. The printer is connected directly to the computer. This will be used on a business computer where only the managers will have the password to print. Other employees will not be allowed to print.

Any ideas on how to do this?

i dont think you will be able to password protect your printer but you can create two accounts on the computer one addmin and one restricted and just remove the printer from the restricted account by going to the printers properties.
