   my daughter has nortons on her computer now it is time to renew it will not allowme to access internet or anything unless i pay to renew i use AVG if i can figure out how to remove Nortons it is so a done deal i even downloaded and put on a CD the nortons removal tool still no luck can anyone help me please. thank you
