Eurovox ppl i have had the same problem as use where my skysports channels went off. All you do is Menu > installation > pin ( 0000 ) > UPDATE CHANNELS ( press red button ) > wait 4 it to scan and your channels will b working again plus when i done update i found 30 + new channels hope this helped.
I know you all may think that I am plonker, but I have DBOX2 as well as my Starview. I do not know the first thing about thwe dbox, and am wondering how I 'flash it'?. I was given it recently and due to all these changes over past days, I have lost a lot of channels (bbc freezing etc , and some sports channelf off, most of probl;ems are with all the 'SKY' channels - movies/sport etc). Someone above mentioned a\ PID problem, and mentioned reflashing it with Enigma. What does this require? (Or do you think just a 'rescan' will work) Cheers Trev
No you need to put an Enigma image on it to get your PID issues resolved, I am not the Dbox guy send a pm to bigdunc he will sort you out.
Hi Guys, I have a starview and a digivox, live in west midlands area "telepest" lost sports channels and some movie channels,after an auto scan on starview box I did get them all back again but like others I got skybet on SS1, no matter how i try i cant alter it ( I did a factory reset on my digivox but it only gave me the same as the starview,this was not worth doing as you have to mess about doing all your fav ch again ( Lets hope someone comes up with the answer soon while iv still got some hair left, so come on you high tech guys help us out

Hi I have try to load the new patch but cannot upload my channel data I have try this but only get Failed on the upload 1 - connect your pc/laptop to your Starview 2 - goto user setup on the Starview 3 - select S/W Transfer This will now open a box that appears to be awaiting a connection. 4 - open GTRom Loader v4.oo and select Channel Data File. 5 - Click Upload Locate and save your bin file on your hardrive My Starview Box is Avi ver 2.57e-E Boot ver 7 Regards Thickhead
i have a nokia dbox2,is there a fix to get rid of the skybet logo on sky sports1,heard about flashing with enigma,but not sure how to do that,will there be a fix does anyone know soon
YES. down loads on app files and channel data were stopping I had to press retry a few time to finish the down loads. When reconnected the box switch on and all the channels where there with s-ports 1 on no 1 and working. All the best Mr Green
Scouser I have looked at the temp fix: it seems to be altering PID in the channel editor and loading it back onto the starview. What I do not understand is why it apparently onlt works for firmare below 2.60. Why would doing the same thing not work for version 4.00 or for clone boxes?
Hi Guys I have changed my sv firmware to v257 "previous v400ee" and used the Bish patch as instructed. great stuff it worked a treat i now have a full picture on SS1.I have also tried all other channels and they are all fine. well worth doing it only takes about 10/15 mins and I didnt have to mess about with resetting the keys either ) now trying to find out if the patch will work on my Didivox Thanks to TheBish for his work
Good news guys I have now tried the patch on my D***v*x and hey presto it works. no more Skybet banner,I didnt even have to mess about changing any keys either ) Many thanks to TheBish and sCouser who put the fix on this site hope this helps others to rid the banner cheers guy's
