Starview 2 “the box” Setup HELP

    Hi

    Im just after buying a Starview 2 “the box” to use on my ntl, unfortunitly it didnt come with any instructions and Im at a bit of a loss, I have the box connected to the ntl via scart, and the box to t.v. via scart. Is there something you need to do to start scanning, all its come up with so far is no signal...if someone could send a link to a setup guide or give me a few tips it would be much appriciate.
