starview 3 the box super help

    Its for the starview 1 clone & genuine b0x, which i said above.
    You need the 4.55 for the SV2, & the 4.03 GTRom loader.
    Click on eamos under my sig & open The B0x folder.
    The firmware & loader are in there.

    No, I was talking about Starview 3...I thought the thread was just for Starview 3 (as titled) - and Des said "all the firmware was changed yesterday"....so I thought my Starview 3, updated with 8.02e 30/11/2008, was already out of date. I thought perhaps VM had done something to outdate all our patches again. That was my confusion.

    im looking for the box loader 4.03 and cant seem to find it could some post the link in eamos library for me cheers

    is ther an bin file version of 4.55 i have it on a zip file colud you post link if there is one cheers

    hi lads i cant remember my pin for super box so cant factory reset it any ideas would be really helpful

    Try 1668 that is the over-riding pin.

    hi lads,
    can any one help me, i,m trying to load new software onto starview3.
    i,m new to this i got soft8.2 i think thats right, when i conect com to box using cab and press download it stays at 0%. what i,m i doing wrong, any help whould be greet thank,s.

    Check you`re using the correct cable.
    You need a Null Modem Cable DB9F to DB9F.

    Doesnt mean its the right cable, more than likely its an RS 232 cable. They both look the same, but the Null modem will do the trick.
