Starview N*L lost Channel

    Hi has anyone lost signal/frequency on RTE1, RTE 2,TV3, & TG4 N*L West Dublin

    339500 freq. and yes a few reports coming in lost above chs.

    Hi just had same problem entered 33950 and it worked I tuned the box downstairs and it worked fine and I took it upstairs and pluged it in and picture starts to break up I am trying a reset any ideas Gicser

    That is quite a common problem. People report doing the scan upstairs, and only get 38 channels, or whatever, but when they bring it downstairs and do a scan, they get the full range.
    It's all down to the signal strength, downstairs where the feed comes in to the house, you have full strength signal, but by the time it gets through your extension cable to upstairs, the signal is degraded.
    You could get yourself an amplifier.
