I have tried to use my box tonight for the first time in a couple of months. Upon switching it on, it came up bad or scrambled channels. After doing a factory reset and then scanning in the channels which it appeared to find. It immediately went to channel 1... bt audio 1. Problem is it would not let me change channel and on the display instead of coming up 0001 it was just coming up 0. I unplugged the lead to telewest and switched the box on and off. Now it enabled me to change channels which I did to men and motors first and later to sky sports. I then plugged the cable back in and got sound for both of these channels but no picture. Plus as soon as I plugged the cable back in the display just came up with 1, and it would let me do nothing else until I switched off at the back. Unsure what is happening so if you could help me it would be appreciated.
