    I got EUROVOX
    [ Model: DVB-XC BOX
    S/W Ver: 1.0 SSN4 JAN 17 2006
    H/W Ver: 2.0 Jan 17 2006
    Bootstrap: v002 ]
    I stopped working 2 weeks ago. I tried new codes on it but no luck. Actually I don't know what else need to do (i.e. upgrade fireware or format box). Can I please be guided in any ways that it starts working again.
    Im in Manchester and have clone box.

    sounds like u have a blue eurovox.
    either insert keys manually or update software.

    I asked a question here earlier on and just wanted to clarify something for my own peace of mind...
    I have a kosher StarBox. It's been acting up recently i.e. when I turn it on, it goes through the "10%...20%....50%....past 100%..." tuning step and then either I can see the channels, or else I have to start from scratch, enter the PIN code, find the channels etc. and Bob's yer uncle....
    That happens often enough of late, but the thing is I haven't had to download biaries or anything, so I'm assuming it's updating/decoding on the fly.
    What I don't understand is the number of posts looking for codes here for 00 and 01, and so on. Is that only relevant to the 'copy' StarBoxes or the UK, or am I missing something ??

    Thx to anyone who can clarify

    OOPS ! Sorry....hope that wasn't aimed at me. Apologies if it was. Just wanted to get me head around the logic to all of this. The brother got me the StarBox and did all the donkey work. I'll have to figure it out meself though, ergo all the daft questions...

    when the box starts updating itself that means the codes have changed which you see everyone asking for...these go in the nagravision in the secret menu(press menu then press 1570)
    when the codes change you dont have to scan for your channels again...just input the new codes or even better update your box!good luck!

    Could anyone tell me how we can check updated codes. I believe we can check directly on secret menu in virgin media box, but how to find that secret menu?

    Hi all need help please..The 00 key for telewest has been updated and i can't get the daft thing to work again.Anyone got new 00 key yet..
