I really need some help here...

What am I doing wrong to burn a DVD?

I need a simple protocol to follow and I’m a happy camper.

I tried this a year ago and abandon the learning curve. I seem to always get vague answers and never detailed solutions.

I appreciate any one taking the time to read and respond to this.

Below is the procedure I used and it didn't work:

    1. I copy the DVD to DVDFab HD Decrypter 4 (I’m not even sure if I’m saving it correctly).

    2. I then sent it to DVD Shrink 3.2 (Again, I’m not sure if I’m saving it correctly).

    3. I then open Nero 7 ultra edition. I tried both express and Nero burn rom and couldn't get either one to burn. When I go to the file, the files appear empty.

I hope someone can direct me through this learning the process.

DVD Fab HD Decrypter, choose Full Disk or Main movie and save the output to a folder.

DVD Shrink, check that 'Edit' > 'Preferences' > 'File I/O', has 'Enable burning with Nero' checked.
Click 'Open Files' and select the 'VIDEO_TS' folder that contains the files output by DVDFab HD decrypter.
Click 'Backup' and from 'Select backup target', choose 'Burn with Nero'.
