What do you want to Make?? a VCD or SVCD or DVD???

Either way you will Need a Good Quality Mpeg encoder (Don"t use the one in Nero as it isn"t very good)
Like Tmpgenc Xpress to encode the File to the Correct Mpeg format and from there it would depend on what you wanted to Make...

Well Tmpgenc is Straight foreward for Some Poeple But for some others have problems Figureing it out..If you use the Wizard you should be able to figure it out....

After you have encoded the Files to a DVD Compliant Mpeg-2 file you will need to use a DVD authoring Program so you can add your Menu"s and Chapters and to Burn the DVD...One that is really easy to use is "Tmpgenc DVD author"....

    Cheers
