ok craky i apolojize for acting like that i was not that serious tho but yes i did cause the promblem and was hoping to get help i've done everything thing still my xbox takes me back to error 13 but now for some reason i can't even detetc my hard drive

that is why. Wait until the microsoft logo shows up under the big X and XBOX. then quickly disconnect IDE cable.

 

hey i think i deleted somthing yesterday that i was not supose to cause now when i turn on my xbox with out a game it goes straight to the error13 and the microsoft want even show up. so should i put in a game and when it reads the game the microsoft sign shows up should i do it that wait use a game when it shows up dissconect the ide are will that mess up my box even more

 

Does xbox still load original games?

yes but i just tried and it says would you like to trouble shoot and now it took me tto an error 21 how would it work anyway if i have no dashboard

 

in the new games maybe have ms dash in there.

ok now your confusing me my microsoft logo shows up when i'm playing a game and i can't go live becuase my xbox is still set to manual i could go online if i could set it to automatic but don't think i can do that

 

I try to get the ms logo to show again so you can do hotswap. And you will not error 13

 

so if i'm gettng 13 i can do hotswap can i. also can i just let the game play and when i see the ms log diconnect the xbox ide and plug my pc ide into my xbox hard drive will it work?

hey i think my xbox is officially hani-cap it just went to a black screen this time when i tried it with the game do u think my only option now is to get a disk with te M$ dash on it
