those files that i want are created when you insert floppy and press create startup floppy disk

i looked in lot of site but they just give me bootable floppy which doesn't know my hard disk and can't log to local disk D & E

I TRIED symantic recovery disk because it has the command prompt feature but it doesn't worked it require more than a 512 ram and i only have 512 of ram

What are you trying to do?
Is your computer not booting up?
Are you talking about making a bootable CD instead of a bootable floppy?

If you have the i386 folder in your windows directory, you can make your own windows xp bootcd.

If you just need to get files from the hard drive, you can use a linux livecd to do that.
