I moved to a new place so i had to unhook my stereo system, when i hooked it up again I am not getting any sound from my speakers, I am getting sound from my TV speakers
I hooked the RCA red and white cable up, one end to the receiver AUX and the other end to the audio out of the TV, i have a Yamaha RX396 and a Toshiba 40 inch TV

Any suggestions

I have recently bought a sony str dn1080, and my problem is I cannot get it to recognise HDR on my Samsung 4k TV.

Before I had the reciever, I had my xbox one connected directly to the tv and it would recognise HDR.

I have done all the UHD true color settings on my tv, so I know its not that.

I have a Sony cinema system (quite old) ta-ve215 which works nicely for a few minutes and then the sound switches off, I can get the sound back on again or the sound can be muffled.
