I recently finished a movie export from Nero Video and noticed that whenever I did a 2-pass export there were a few scenes that pixilated when rendered to a BDMV file, yet there was no pixilation during a 1-pass export.
It is as though the second pass gives conflicting information to the encoding and the program tries to decide which pass is right, ending in a pixilated compromise.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Seems like a program error to me.

When playing back almost every DVD I've burnt (Verbatim +Rs) using Burnaware, anywhere between 50 minutes to just over an hour, the film/TV programme/anything freezes and I have to eject it to start from the beginning again, skipping past that bit that freezes.

If I skip it until after the freezing bit, it plays fine, it just seems to freeze around that time, every disc.

Is it the burning software? The DVD player needs a clean?

Thanks for any advice.

I have taken the 5.1 audio of one MKV and combined it with the MKV video that only had 2 channel audio. The problem is the audio is out of sync. In the past, I have used "VLC" to sync the audio, and used "Virtual Dub" to put them in sync.
However, "Virtual dub doesn't accept MKV files.
Does anyone know of a program I can use that is as easy to use as "Virtual Dub, that will accept MKV files?
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you
