"Can't write from DVD with Clone DVD????

I was able to burn DVD under CloneDVD2 well, but NOW when i select VIDEO_TS it keeps sayign the file is not ready! Why? I was doing the exact same steps before (yester4day even) and had no problem!!!

I am not to new to this either, am I doing something wrong? I was doing it fine and burnign well before.
Some1 PLEASE help me!
